Plaza Development

Visionary Subsurface Solutions performed a Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) investigation at a newly developed commercial shopping plaza in Panama City Beach, Florida, in support of upcoming entryway excavation and paving work. The project focused on identifying and mapping all existing underground utilities within the proposed construction area to prevent service disruptions and ensure worker safety during excavation. Utilizing electromagnetic (EM) locating and ground-penetrating radar (GPR), the team provided Quality Level B utility designations. The resulting utility map equipped the project engineers and contractors with accurate subsurface data to facilitate a smooth and conflict-free construction process.
