Perdue AgriBusiness Salisbury

Visionary Subsurface Solutions provided an existing conditions survey of underground utilities to the Perdue Agribusiness Plant locating in Salisbury, Maryland. The scope of these services required the accurate identification and mapping of all underground utilities throughout the industrial site. Photogrammerty was obtained to utilize as the background for the utility mapping. Utility locations were obtained by utilizing appropriate geophysical instruments including ground-penetrating radar (GPR) and an electromagnetic pipe locators to facilitate the field verification of underground utilities and other targets, vacuum excavation to perform test holes on utilities to verify locations and pipe elevations, and robotic camera inspections of sanitary and storm sewer lines to ensure all pipes were documented.
