Visionary Subsurface Solutions successfully completed a Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) project at Five Points Plaza, a bustling commercial shopping center located in Wilton Manors, Florida. The project involved a comprehensive utility investigation using advanced geophysical techniques, including ground-penetrating radar (GPR) and electromagnetic (EM) locating, to identify and map existing underground utilities. The scope of work included utility designation (Quality Level B) and targeted test holes (Quality Level A) to verify the precise location and depth of critical infrastructure. This information was delivered in a detailed CAD utility map to support future design and construction efforts, ensuring safe excavation and minimizing the risk of costly utility conflicts.
